Halloween and Other Autumn Fun

Okay everyone...get yourself a drink and some food and settle yourself in for a LONG posting! As you know it has been a over a month since our last post and it has been an eventful Autumn.

Random Fun Pictures:

Sean pulling up on the coffee table for the first time (9/17)

Sean was invited to his buddy Ryan's first birthday in September. He had a blast holding this balloon all day!

Wearing daddy's hat and playing with the PS3 controller. Is this an indication of things to come?!?!?

Nala decided that Sean was okay to hang out with as long as he is sleeping. Don't worry, this was highly supervised.

Of course Sean would find the only item in the room that was not kid safe (this is Nala's cat toy)

When Sean was first learning to pull up on his own he would use his mouth as a third hand!

Sean loves this lamp at Gam-Gam's and Grandpa's. He finds the strangest things to play with!!

Sean helping mommy show off her new haircut. She had so much taken off that she was able to donate it to Locks of Love which has been something she has always wanted to do!

Our neighbors were so generous and gave us some wonderful hand-me-down toys. Sean loves the car already!

Looks like someone needs a driving lesson!! Don't worry, no babies were injured in the making of this photo. :)

Weekend in Aspen, CO:
We had the wonderful opportunity to go to Aspen for a weekend with our good friends Dale, Kate, and their one-year-old son Ryan. Dale travels almost every week for his job and had free nights at the St. Regis Aspen Hotel which he offered to us!! Thanks for such a wonderful weekend. It was also a bonus that the trees were changing colors so we could see that as well.

Walking around downtown Aspen

First time crawling in grass

What is this strange green stuff? I can't wait to taste it?

Taking a walk by the river. There were a bunch of these neat sculptures that were made out of car bumpers.

Looking so cute in a hat I borrowed from Ryan.

Ryan had the same stroller as Sean and thought that this was his. He was getting tired and thought he would climb in and join Sean for a snooze! Kate and Maegen were dying!!!

In the courtyard of our hotel. It was so beautiful

How is the weather up there Sean?

We stopped at various points on our way home to take some scenic pictures. Of course, Sean was asleep and missed all the beautiful scenery.

Trip to Enid, Oklahoma for Grandma and Grandpa's 60th Anniversary:

Sean was pretty grumpy after a day in the car. This is not the best picture but we had to post a picture that shows that, yes, Sean does get upset!!!!

Hanging out with my favorite cousins. Thanks for letting me play with your toys.

Playing with daddy and great-grandma Fisher

Happy Anniversary!!! I loved being with my great-grandparents.

This is a great picture of my Aunt Sheri and me

We had the opportunity to see Grandma Tracy as well! Love you!

First Big Snow Storm:
We had our first big snow storm during the last week of October. We couldn't believe that we got 2 feet of snow in just two days. Of course it was all melted the following day!

All bundled up to go outside

I think I like the snow

The snow was up to my waist!! I am having so much fun!!

Sean's First Halloween:
We had such a wonderful Halloween with Sean!! We came up with a theme costume for the whole family (see below) and even won the local costume contest at the coffee shop in our neighborhood. The poor guy did get sick for the first time on Halloween (just a cold) but was a trooper and made an appearance in his costume.

Trying on the shark costume I received from our good friends Reid, Sue, and Cicily

Trying to find my way back to mommy so I can get this awful thing off of me!

Crawling in that costume took a lot of effort. I think I am ready for some milk and a nap mommy!

Jay and Maegen spent an entire day working on the props for our "Shark Attack" theme family costume. Maegen made the waves for the stroller and Jay made the surfboard.

Jay all ready to go out! He is the surfer victim.

Mommy was the lifeguard that saved Daddy from my attack!!!

The finished product!

The Tracy Family having a great time

Here is what Sean looked like all night. Not too happy, not too upset.

We went to a YMCA Halloween party the weekend before Halloween. We were the hit of the party. We loved how Sean was playing with the severed hand!

Hehehe....We just couldn't get enough of Sean crawling around in his shark outfit

Here is the other costume we bought not only because it was super cute but we also wanted to have a back-up in case it was way to cold.

Too cute. Coming to attack Mommy

Picking out our pumpkins with Gam-Gam

Here is our front porch on Halloween.

Sean wants to wish everyone a Happy Halloween and Autumn.
